Sansa and Ayra look fantastic, facial structures are very nicely done.
Two things though, I feel like the wolves are mildly misplaced, and when I say that, I just mean they seem to be floating because their back paws are on top of the girls.
Secondly, I feel as if there could be more emotion but into Arya and Sansa's faces. I find Sansa to be rather cold(which you may have nailed that anyhow), and Arya very child like.
I really do enjoy this piece, trust me. Just a few thoughts on my part.
